Our online + in-store return policy is no refunds.
We offer both exchange or store credit in the physical shop, and store credit with mailed returns.
Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can green light the return and send you confirmation. Then we anticipate your mailed return within 7 days...so 14 day turnaround is the goal. For returns please email email@example.com
We ask that you pay for return shipping.
All product must have the original tags attached, unworn/unused/unaltered condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
We will issue you a store credit once we have received the item back in the condition originally sent. If the item comes back in a different condition we will mail it back to you.
In-store policy is 14 days for exchange/store credit.
Please do not extend return policy days “when you visit Kelowna.” Your return will not be accommodated.
We recommend cold water wash and hang drying, or dry cleaning all clothing.
