Our online + in-store return policy is no refunds

We will gladly offer exchange or store credit. 

Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item and what action you would like to take so that we can process and send you confirmation.  

Please do not phone us for returns, only email.

We do ask that you pay for return shipping. 

All product must have the original tags attached, unworn/unused/unaltered condition. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Hats, beanies, bags, sale + discounted items, bralettes, pajamas, sunglasses, necklaces, footwear, earrings, scarves, rings, hair accessories.

We will issue you a store credit or send off your exchange once we have received the item back in the condition originally sent.  If the item comes back in a different condition we will mail it back to you.

We recommend cold water wash and hang drying, or dry cleaning all clothing.

In-store policy is 14 days for exchange/store credit.
