Our online + in-store return policy is no refunds.
We offer both exchange or store credit in the physical shop, and store credit with mailed returns.
Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can green light the return and send you confirmation. Then we anticipate your mailed return within 7 days...so 14 day turnaround is the goal.
We do ask that you pay for return shipping.

All product must have the original tags attached, unworn/unused/unaltered condition.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Headwear, bags, sale/discounted items, bralettes, pajamas, intimates, sunglasses, footwear, swimwear, scarves, jewelry, hair accessories.
We will issue you a store credit once we have received the item back in the condition originally sent. If the item comes back in a different condition we will mail it back to you.
We recommend cold water wash and hang drying, or dry cleaning all clothing.
In-store policy is 14 days for exchange/store credit.
Please do not extend return policy days “when you visit Kelowna.”. Your return will not be accommodated.
